Airparks Long Term Saver are holders of the Park Mark - Safer Parking Award. By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle. There is a high standard of security for all vehicles, including CCTV monitoring system 24 hours a day.

Journey Time: 4 minutes (approximately 2 miles)

Directions

From the A1 North or South: Follow the sign for the A696 signposted Jedburgh and Newcastle Airport. Follow the A696 dual carriageway up to the second exit to Throckley and Woolsington. At the top of the slip road, turn right over the dual carriageway. Straight across you will see Q-Park Flyaway on the right.

From the A696 southbound: Drive as far as Newcastle Airport and continue onto the dual carriageway ahead. Take the first exit off to the left marked Throckley and Woolsington. At the top of the slip road, turn left and you will find Q-Park Newcastle Bellair on the right.

For both sets of directions, you will find signs on the A696 indicating airport covered parking.

Arrival Procedure

Please report to the car park reception and check your vehicle in. Leave your keys with the member of staff. Your car will be parked for you while you are transferred by bus to Newcastle Airport.

Return Procedure

On your return, please use the courtesy telephone that is located within the terminal building to call the car park. Arrange a transfer back to the compound with a staff member. If you are returning earlier than planned, contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

Parking Procedure

Airparks Newcastle staff parks your car for you, so you will have to leave your car keys with a staff member.

Additional Information

Bookings cannot be cancelled or amended and in return, you pay a discounted rate for your parking. We recommend that you allow for 35 - 45 minutes from checking into the car park to reaching the Newcastle Airport terminal. Please note that the car park is unable to be held responsible for any loose items that are left in your car and will be left at your own risk.
