Directions

Please note that the post code, (DE74 2RP) supplied for Sat Navs will take you close to Airparks East Midlands. It does not take you directly to the car park. For this reason, we would strongly suggest that you follow the directions provided for you below.

From the South via the M1: Leave the M1 at Junction 23a. Follow signs for East Midlands airport, (A453). Go past the main entrance to the airport and proceed straight ahead. Go straight over the next roundabout and turn right at the next set of traffic lights. After 120m, turn left into Donington Park. Airparks Services is 180m on the left.

From the North via the M1: Leave the M1 at Junction 24. Follow signs for East Midlands airport, (A453). Go past the airport main entrance and proceed straight ahead. Go straight over the next roundabout and turn right at the next set of traffic lights. After 120m, turn left into Donington Park. Airparks Services is 180m on the left.

From Birmingham: follow the M42 and leave at Junction 14, sign-posted Castle Donnington. Once you reach the top of the slip road, please turn left. Follow the road to a T-junction, turn right and continue until you hit a set of traffic lights. At the lights turn left. After 120m turn left into Donnington Park, go through the security gate and Airparks is situated 180m on the left.

Arrival Procedure

When you arrive, please park outside reception. Hand in your printed confirmation, or quote the booking reference number. Please leave your car keys with our staff. While you transfer to the terminal, your car will be parked for you.

Return Procedure

When you return, simply wait where you were dropped off. The 20 minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Parking Procedure

Your car will be block parked by our staff in the secured compound.

Additional Information

Bookings cannot be cancelled or amended, for this reason you receive a discount when booking with Airparks Long Term Saver. We strongly recommend you arrive at the car park at least 40 minutes before your airline check-in time. During peak periods and rush hours we suggest that you allow extra time. Additional time may be needed to compensate for traffic delays if Donington Park is holding a major event. This car park does not accept mobile homes, lorries, trailers or caravans, even if multiple car park spaces are booked.

Please note: This car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles and Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards or canoes on their buses. Additionally East Midlands Airparks cannot accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.
